Brie Musta founded The People Standard after more than 15 years building teams, transforming talent functions, and helping leaders navigate growth and change across complex organizations.
Her perspective is both strategic and deeply practical. She has been drawn to environments where there is complexity and possibility — where thoughtful strategy, strong operations, and trusted relationships have to work together to move an organization forward.
